Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length. I work with Family Service Employee Assistance Companies so please let me know if the company you work for has an Employee Assistance Program with any Family Service agency or allows you to choose your own provider. Other people may be eligible for coverage through their insurance provider. Some people pay directly and submit receipts as an income tax deduction at the end of the year.
I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available to clients who do not have extended health benefits coverage or have financial issues that do not enable them to pay the full fee.
Payment is due at each session by cash, cheque or by e-transfer. In order to offer your appointment time to another client, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of an appointment change or cancellation. Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be billed at the full session rate.
